From a CoP leading role, I try to collect useful and interesting DevOPS tools and practices and bring them inside the DevOPS community. This usually means working side by side with my colleagues on various projects, researching what's new on the market or create custom tooling for very specific needs

Started in a sysadmin position covering things like systems provisioning, configuration and deployment, then slowly moved to a DevOPS role switching the focus to automation aspects, CI/CD implementations, usage of cloud based services and other SaaS solutions, containerised applications, GitSecOps principles
Creating deployment projects for industrial wireless networks, running wireless coverage surveys on site, testing of various wireless equipments
